Biography

Godfred Amankwaa is a PhD Researcher at the University of Manchester where his research focuses on the intersection of ICTs and Water (ICTs for Water) with emphasis in global South countries.

He holds an MSc in Water Science, Policy and Management from Oxford University and a Bachelors (BA Honours) in Geography and Development from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

As a young water professional and Social Data Scientist, his core research interests include digital water futures, water policy, urban water security, everyday practices, environmental and/ or public health.
